Her Health provides wellness tracking tools, including but not limited to:Cycle and hormone tracking
Workout and fitness logging
Body measurement tracking
Doctor and beauty appointment organization
The App is intended for informational and organizational purposes only and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.3. Subscriptions
The App may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions.Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions
You may manage and cancel subscriptions by going to:Settings → Apple ID → SubscriptionsRefunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and software associated with the App are owned by Her Health and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems.6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:Data loss
Inaccurate entries or logs
Health decisions made based on information stored in the App
Service interruptions
